Foundations of Innovation 2: Understanding consumers can be a maddening exercise. There are many questions: Do I ask the consumer what they want? What is the right balance between quantitative and qualitative information? When should I seek the insights? In Foundations 1, we discussed how our own passions, positive and negative, combined with our compassion, skills and framework can dramatically affect the way we create value. Foundations 2 will build upon those concepts.
Join us as we explore not just the methods for gathering insights, but also aspects of designing, interpreting and utilizing in the pursuit of innovation.
